I've been a Cub Fan since 67. I was 10 years old. I couldnt believe how excited the fans were as the team started coming together. Ron Santo became my favorite player. However what got me hooked was Kenny Holzman pitching and winning just about every saturday, as he was only allowed to play on the weekends. This was due to his military commitments.... What a summer !
