2 Rams Jerseys (Childrens XL) for sale

Hello everyone, I have a couple Rams jerseys for sale. I know many of you don't wear childrens XL (lol) but maybe you have a son or someone that you know that does wear the size. The first one is a Sam Bradford stitch jersey in excellent condition. I am looking for $55 but am willing to take best offer if I think it's enough.

The other one is a Steven Jackson. It's in pretty fair condition except for the name on the back is halfway unstitched. It wouldn't take much to fix the problem though. I'm looking for much less. I'd say about $20 but once again, best offer could be sufficient.

My View on The Honey Badger

I'd just like to make this clear- I've said this twice in the comments section of FanPosts, and I decided to copy the exact wording on why Mathieu wouldn't be available to us in the 4th round, or later than that, and therefore shouldn't be mocked to us there.

Here's what I said in one of the comment sections: "You know that one thing that just nags at you, or you hate beyond belief for some reason and really you shouldn't be mad about it that much but you just are? Well, mocking Mathieu to us is my case of that. [He had us taking Mathieu with our 5th round selection. ] I LOVE all of the other selections, but really???? Mathieu will probably be reached on by a stupid team in the 2nd round. [I really almost guarantee that he won't make it out of round 3, and if he is picked that late, I'd be extremely surprised] No way he makes it past Miami in round 3, especially since they have two third round selections. I agree he is worth nothing more than even a mid fourth, but I promise you, many teams will fall in love with the fact that he is, and I quote you on this, a "PLAY MAKER...... simply put." I've been durping around on many other's team pages, and fans on a lot of other sites want Mathieu as well. I'm just saying- we're not the only one with the grand idea of banking on getting mathieu in a 'later' round."

If teams just watch his tape, he will fly up their draft boards faster than you all can say "49ers, Cardinals and Seahawks suck!!!" All for now :)

Love's first Mock Draft Monday (With Explanations)

I like making mocks, so I thought I would make one with explanations. First, I would like to trade our #22 to Cincinnati for their first 2nd rounder, their 4th rounder and their 7th rounder compensatory pick. I feel like this is a pretty fair trade, but maybe Cincy got the better part of it. We'd do the trade because we need more than 8 picks to patch up our team, and Cincinnati would do it because they would then be drafting back to back (#21 and #22) in the first round, and they may feel like they are one or two players away from getting over the wildcard round hump. Next, and last, I predict that we re-sign Mikell to a two year, $3 Million contract. To the picks, then:

1.16: Alec Ogletree, OLB- This pick would be a dream, in my opinion. If we are able to pick Alec with the 16th pick, and I think he'll be there, then not only does it fix our LB corps but it makes it a strength. Alec Ogletree is athletic and can start from day one.

2.37 (via CIN): Justin Hunter, WR- Justin Hunter is 6' 4" and runs a 4.44 40 yard dash. That is hundreth of a second slower than what RG3 ran last year at the combine. Hunter may have an injury history, but the dude can play. I still believe that if Hunter comes to the right system (and admittedly, that may not be us), he could be more successful than his teammate Cordarrelle Patterson.

2.46: Eric Reid, SS- I mocked Eric Reid to us in my first FanPost of the year, but I got yelled at by you fans, so I stopped. Until now. Eric Reid is what I consider a monster on the field, delivering those massive hits. Plus, you can just ask his former teammate Michael Brockers if he is worth a mid-second rounder, and I can almost guarantee you that Michael would agree with that statement and warm up to the idea of having Reid on his team.

3.78: Montee Ball, RB- Now, I live in the bloody cold state of Wisconsin, so that means I get to watch him play college football. Montee is the real deal. I have noticed his draft stock fall, and I have no idea why. The dude is a monster on the field, and he can take care of himself off the field. Need proof? Just watch tape. He was one of the only bright spots on Wisconsin's iffy offence in the Rose Bowl.

4.113: Chase Thomas, OLB- Before you make a bee-line to the comments to disagree with my idea of selecting an OLB in the first round, then another in the fourth, I beg you to hear me out. As I said before, OLB would be a strength if we had Ogletree, JL55 and Dunbar. But Dunbar's contract is up next season, and I think a combination of two things will force him to play somewhere else next season. 1. Wheeler's contract with the Dolphins was big. And while Dunbar is older that Wheeler and most teams aren't as stupid as Miami, some other team might pounce on him and offer him more than we can counter offer because 2. Our cap situation will be pretty tight by the looks of it next season. So with my assumption that Dunbar won't be a Ram next season, that leaves a hole in the defense. Chase Thomas can learn behind Ogletree and Dunbar for next season, and even rotate in to give our starting men a rest, while gaining playing time. This will help him in his process to become a starter in 2014. Not only would this mock make our LB corps a strength for now, but it would make the group a strong suit for years to come.

4.118 (via CIN): Xavier Nixon, OT- While he may not be a name you've heard on this website very often, I assure you he could learn behind Saffold and Long for a year and then compete with Joe Barksdale for the starting RT position next season if Saffold leaves. On a more recent note, if both Long AND Saffold were hurt at the same time, our line wouldn't be totally compromised because we would now have the depth we've lacked for years.

5.149: Josh Boyce, WR- If you've been following my other mock drafts, you know that I love mocking Boyce to our team. Josh is another speed threat. He runs a blazing 4.38 forty time which is .06 seconds faster than Hunter, .04 seconds slower than Tavon Austin and .003 seconds faster than what Chris Givens ran. Imagine that three out of our top four receivers all ran sub 4.45 second forties. That would be fantastic!

6.184: Adrian Bushell, CB- With the departure of Bradley Fletcher, we need a new 4th CB. (Ouch, a 4th cornerback? How will we ever find one!?) While we could probably look to our own roster to fill that void (and that's probably what we'll do), I'm in favor of letting a rook fill the empty spot, just in case either Jenkins or Tru Johnson walk away in FA when their rookie contracts are up, we have someone who can replace them that is on the roster and could be for a very long time.

7.222: Eric Herman, OG- When it comes to mocking 7th round guards, the name doesn't really matter as much as the position, even though I love that first name! (my first name is also Eric) His name isn't the only reason why I picked him. IMO, he is the ideal guard size (6-4 300 pounds) and could join Shelly Smith and company in backing up what looks to be the starting duo of Rok and Dahl. Eric could maybe even compete with Rok for a starting job in a year or two.

7.240 (via CIN): Mike Purcell, DT- Let's just start off with these two facts. 1. Jeff Fisher has always taken at least one D-tackle in every draft hes taken part in. 2. It's a compensatory pick, the player will most likely not have a large impact. (Although we found a nice stud last year in the 7th round in Daryl Richardson...) Anyways, I like this guy as a 7th round pick. He isn't a monster (6-3 303 pounds) but he can play the sport nicely.

Love's 3rd Mock Draft... I like 3, so 3 Different Scenarios

Here I am, about to make a fool of myself for the third time (lol). As I said in the title, this post will contain three mocks, all with different twists. In fact, all three mocks are so different that no pick is introduced in more than one mock. Some of these picks have been inspired from other mocks. The first mock is where we don't trade any of our picks. The second is where we trade our #16 to Cincy for their two second rounders and a sixth. The third is where we trade our #22 to Dallas for their #80, #144 and their 1st round pick next season.

I was just looking around on NFL.com and I saw this. I don't like the looks of it, but hopefully Jake makes the right decision. Not much news, because we kind of knew this, but it is all confirmed here.

2013 St. Louis Rams Part 2- Better

Well, as my first wasn't popular enough, here is my second stab at it. Hopefully it is better, and I am keeping my trade from last time (our #22 for their #37, #53 and #104) I believe that we don't resign any free agents except maybe Kellen Clemens and Craig Dahl for depth. But we do cut (and I dont think it will happen, but i would be extremely happy if it did) Quintin Mikell. Next, we go out and sign two free agents: Louis Delmas (S) and Dustin Keller (TE) So after all that, here is what I think our needs are: RT, RG, RB depth, WR, DL depth, OLB, and one safety. Those are 7 positions, and we have 10 picks. That is great.

Now to the mock itself.

**I know many of you wouldn't like a running back for depth so early, especially when Jeff Fisher says that our current corps of running backs are sufficient, but I've seen a lot of this guy. Montee is REALLY GOOD, and underratedd sadly. 10 years ago, he would have gone first round without a doubt, and with a trio of Daryl Richardson, Isaiah Pead and Montee Ball, the team wouldn't miss Sjax nearly as much.

Okay, so I was just wasting time and thought I should look at DraftTek's most recent mock, and it was so funny I ought to share it with you guys. This is the website (if you click and it doesn't work, copy and paste it into your URL) : http://www.drafttek.com/2013-NFL-Mock-Draft-Round1.asp

It starts all right for the NFL in general, but things go downhill when I see who they have got for the Rams. This here is their 7-round mock for just us, and my personal letter grade rating:

So as you can see, DraftTek made a few pretty good picks for us. I'd be happy if most this draft happened. But 3 outside linebackers in the first four rounds? NO! I'd take only one, and change the 2nd and 4th round picks to TE and OL respectively.

In a perfect off-season... (At least I think so)

Okay, so I'll start right off the bat telling you that the Rams will have an estimated $2 Million in cap space to work with. I will tell you next that the front office can change that, easily.

First, I start with cutting/trading three players to open up a good amount of cap space breathing room. First, we let Steven Jackson void the last year of his contract, and we don't resign him. Y'all heard me right- we do not re-sign him. Our cap room would then jump to about $9,000,000 in free space. Next, we cut Quintin Mikell, saving us another $6,000,000. We're up to $15,000,000. We then trade away Kendall Langford (avoiding a $6 Million hit) for a late-round pick. We end up with $21,000,000.

We then move on to re-signing some players, while letting others go. Our list of FAs is this: Danny Amendola, William Hayes, Brandon Gibson, Bradley Fletcher, Barry Richardson, Darian Stewart, Kellen Clemens, Robert Turner, Justin Cole, Jermelle Cudjo, Steve Smith, Chris Williams, Mario Haggan, Craig Dahl, and Rocky McIntosh. (That is 15 guys, or 28.3% of the 53-man roster!) Anyways, I would only bring back four of them. We could sign Brandon Gibson to a longer, yet not very expensive contract. I'll say pay him $3 Million this year. (18M left) Next down the line is Barry Richardson. Pay him $2 Million this year. (16M left) Next is Kellen Clemens, who can be payed $1.5 Million this season and next. ($14.5 Million) My last man is Robert Turner, signed strictly for O-line depth. I think $1.5 is fair. ($13 Million)

Next, we move on to signing two free agents. First, we can sign Jairus Byrd to a long, fat contract. We can let him take up $7 Million of our cap space. ($6 Million left) We will then proceed to sign Brian Hartline to a smaller, yet respectable contract. I'd say we can bring him in for $4 Million. That would leave two million left for the draft, which might not be enough. We would still be able to cut some no-namers though to get some extra room. My 5 round mock looks like this:

1a. Chance Warmack, G

1b. Tyler Eifert, TE

2. TRADE BACK, thus picking up a 4th. Then, Montee Ball, RB (Dude is completely underrated)

3. DJ Swearinger, S

The 2013 Draft and our Safety Situation

In the upcoming draft, I would be stunned if the front office decided not to upgrade the Safety position. In my opinion, both safeties need to be upgraded. Neither Mikell or Dahl should be a starter in this league. Dahl can walk away in free agency because his contract is up but Mikell will have a cap hit of $10M next season. I'd rather cut him and replace him with someone else.

My solution is very simple. It involves a position switch and two draft selections on defensive backs. First, I'd move Cortland Finnegan to free safety. I remember watching a press conference with Jeff Fisher and he said that Cortland would eventually be playing the safety position, and I don't see a better time in the future than now to make the move. Next, I'd use the Redskins pick on Eric Reid if he is available, or the next best safety if he is not. That would completely solve the safety position, but it would leave a hole at cornerback. We have Janoris Jenkins, who would end up being our #1 man. Next is Trumaine Johnson. But after that, I suggest that we use a 3rd or 4th round selection on a corner to either become our third man or push Johnson for the second position. I see no problem with that secondary, how about you guys?

My Rams Mock Draft

1. Justin Blackmon, WR- Love Floyd, but don't love is off-the-field issues. Blackmon is about the nicest guy you will ever meet.

2a. Devon Still, DT- Amamzing player, should be a very good starter for us.

2b. Kevin Zeitler, G- We NEED both a guard (left) and a tackle (hopefully left, but right would be OK too) to have an o-line that didn't resemble a swinging door. Kevin is in my opintion a future Pro Bowler.

3. LaMichael James, RB- I watched this guy in the Rose Bowl and sawa very good NFL starter. When learning under SJAX for a year or two, he can be a very nice starter.

4. Joe Long, T- This guy has the potential to be a future pro bowler. I don't see why not. He can still start for us day one.
