I think after Ainge got the short end of the trade with Portland by taking Telfair for Roy basicly he took alot of heat and it might have been close to him losing his job and now its payback time for him. Plus if you read quotes from his Boston teammates they are glowing reviews over him.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
