Look, I get that people have a lot of strong feelings about this and want to discuss it.  As a parent (and a human), it makes literally physically ill to talk about this issue.  I respectfully request that the majority of the discussion be moved over here to the Fanpost section and kept out of the daily Quack Fix so that I (and others like me) can avoid it unless we feel like it.

Look, I know we’re all terrified of playing in the Coliseum.  After all, it’s been a DECADE since the Ducks have won down there and SC is “the Most Talented Team in the League ™”  So, get out your PANIC button, beseech Juju for favors, and ready your OMG! OH NOES! .gifs because this game is going to be arrhythmia-inducing.

 There are two simple keys to this game:

1.  Turnover Margin—if the Ducks are plus or even in this category, Oregon wins by double digits.  If the Ducks are minus one or two, it’s going to be embolisms for everyone as the game comes down to the last second.   We won’t even speak about what would happen if we turn over the ball more than that.

 2.  Offensive efficiency early in the game—if Oregon can consistently get first downs and not go three-and-out repeatedly, our pace will wear out USC quickly and we will take control of the game late in the second quarter.

Juju does not approve. Haven't we learned our lesson from 2007 and 2009?

DON'T YOU GUYS REALIZE THAT WSU HAD A SHOT AT BEATING UCLA?!?!  UCLA HAS BEATEN TEXAS AT TEXAS AND HOUSTON.  THAT'S TWO TOP-25 TEAMS!  THAT JEFF TUEL GUY IS PRETTY GOOD, I HEAR--HE'S PROBABLY BETTER THAN ANDREW LUCK  JOCK LICKER.   I'M SO FREAKING PANICKED THAT I BROKE MY CAPSLOCK KEY!!!

ALSO: WHO REMEMBERS POLE POSITION?  IT'S A BETTER GAME THAN BCS, PLUS ANYONE WITH A QUARTER HAS A SHOT TO WIN IT ALL.
