McClain has yet to file paperwork
Yeah, yeah...I know there are some that think he will stay and some thing he is gone, but the most interesting piece was the last bit.
Along with McClain, UA cornerback Kareem Jackson is considered an early entry possibility from the Crimson Tide.
Jackson, really? Seems to me that he is usually one that gets burned.

Tide - Vols on CBS
"Tennessee’s football game at Alabama on Oct. 24 was picked up Monday by CBS and will have a 3:30 kickoff. The Vols appeared on CBS earlier this season in their 23-13 loss at Florida, while the Crimson Tide have defeated Arkansas (35-7) and Ole Miss (22-3) on the network.
Alabama hosts South Carolina this Saturday night on ESPN, while Tennessee is off."

Darby Signed by Rams
ed.- bumped from the fanposts
DARBY SIGNED
The Rams have signed former University of Alabama running back Kenneth Darby to their active roster, replacing Brian Leonard, who went on injured reserve because of a shoulder injury.
Darby was signed from the Atlanta Falcons' practice squad. A seventh-round draft pick by Tampa Bay in 2007, Darby carried twice for nine yards and caught two passes for 16 yards in his only regular-season game, Dec. 30 against Carolina.
At Alabama, Darby had 3,324 career rushing yards, third in Crimson Tide history to Shaun Alexander (3,565 yards) and Bobby Humphrey (3,420). At 5-feet-10 and 211 pounds, Darby is considered a strong inside runner with good quickness.
