Corporate Fitness?
Not sure how familiar everyone is with corporate wellness and fitness programs, but each year companies continue to be creative in program development, prompt in responsiveness, and professional in their business approach by incorporating wellness programs. It's supposed to be a healthy living, healthy work life type deal, and
I know most of the people on this site talk about personal fitness but was curious to know everyone's experience with taking advantage of programs that companies offer.
For HR people or CEOS, Sears recently launched a Sears Blue Crew HQ that houses everything fitness. I'll be honest, I don't think of Sears as fitness, but for companies looking to offer health programs for employees, this website is a good alternative that is cost effective. Any HR person can use the Exercise Guide on the Blue Crew Site HQ site and teach them back to the employees or share the videos with them. Again, this is a cheap alternative (I know we're in a tough economy). But for those who have extra money to spend, you can hire several qualified speakers and trainers to actually teach seminars properly. Some companies worth checking out are:
