TUF 11 - what do you think of Clayton Mckinney's Shoulder?

The Ultimate Fighter 11 fighter's Clayton McKinney and James Hammortree blogged about episode two and talked about McKinney's shoulder. Both Team Ortiz members elluded to there being something more going on with the injury then the first Doctor suggested.
I think there is something much more serious then what was shown and it will come out on the show soon.
What do you all think of the shoulder injury and was it legit?
