Defense, three point shooting, average production at the sg position, seemed to be a good fit. Oh well, hopefully there is a trade for a sg by the deadline.

An interesting article on why the Hornets are currently one of the best defensive teams in the NBA and that you really don't need a ton of great individual athletes to be a good defensive team. You really just need a really good scheme every game because you can't play the same why defensively against every team because each is different.

There also seems to be a misconception amongst some that you need to be extremely athletic to be a good defensive team; outside of Ariza no one in that rotation is really athletic and most are undersized for their position.
