Off all people to support the Yankees, Curt Schilling?!?!
Curt Schilling basically called out anyone who is questioning the Yankees going with a three man pitching rotation during the playoffs and having guys going on three days rest. I wonder what he would have done to Cole Hamels had Schilling been in the club house for the "I can't wait for the season to be over" speech. He says the media should be paying more attention to what CC Sabathia has done this postseason, rather than how many days rest he's doing it on:
"At the end of the day short rest is all about the player and his makeup. CC Sabathia? Does anyone question this kid’s desire? Goals? Motivation? After what he did in Milwaukee last year, you can’t. But this year he’s only reinforced that for me. He’s a stud, and he’s an ace. Aces take the ball on three days’ rest and make sure you — the media — understand it’s a non-issue and should be writing about more important stuff."

Could not have summed this up better, this has been one of the worst umpired playoffs in a long time: http://www.tauntr.com/content/tie-goes-runner
Even though he pitched pretty well last night, the results are officially in: http://www.tauntr.com/content/paternity-test
This cracked me up.
Alabama Revising Fight Song
Have any of you seen this story about Alabama revising their fight song? Hopefully it'll make things easier for them to be able to sing along with! http://www.tauntr.com/content/alabama-revising-fight-song

As much as University of Alabama fans hate words, they hate numbers even more. Let's embrace their illiteracy with a good ol' fashion poll in preparation for the beat down the Tide is going to receive on Saturday. Go Vols!
Has CC Sabathia lost weight?
Sam Bradford could go pro...
This may be one of the funniest things I have ever seen: http://tauntr.com/content/bradford-go-pro

It got me wondering just what Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford will be doing professionally - since it's probably not going to be football. He's a finance major, but I wouldn't be shocked if he ended up in the bar or restaurant business feeling miserable about himself every Sunday when he's watching Colt McCoy play. What do you think?
