Well, I loved Cliff Lee as did thousands of other Phillies fans. But I guess in the end this is a business, but I want to put an end to all the "Cliff Lee demanded his way out" crap. Halladay is going to be great, I know it, but I hope, I HOPE this was the right decision for the future of this team. Going over the trade, it just keeps popping into my head that the loss of Lee is going to affect us not only this year, but especially in 3 years time, when Drabek would be starting for us. But that is another story. Goodbye Cliff, I miss you already, you etched yourself as my favorite Phillie last year because of your will to win and your skill. We DO have Halladay which is FREAKIN AWESOME! But I guess you cant have everything. I just hope that after we win the 2010 World Series we will be able to retain Howard and Werth for the 2011 season.

With Jeremy Maclin named starter for Week 5 vs Tampa Bay, I have high hopes. He knows the system in more depth and has some great potential. Against this poor pass defense, maybe just maybe Maclin will break out and have an unbelievable game. Being that we are playing Tampa Bay and Oakland the next week, Curtis should heal up completely in order to throw off defenses within our division. A huge next two weeks for Maclin? I hope so.

Also I picked him up for shits and giggles in my fantasy league because I have Greg Jennings on a bye anyways. He might just bump up to the starter. High hopes, I know but it sure is great rooting for an Eagle!

What do you all think, is this Maclin's "the reason why we picked him up in the first round" breakout week?

As you all know Directv and Versus are in negotiations about the rights to keep the channel running on directv. I have directv and I bought Center Ice and NFL Sunday ticket so I could watch our beloved Flyers and Eagles because I dont live close to Philly area anymore. Now that I cant watch every game, what is the point? With the Flyers off to a great start and an awesome game to come tonight, truthfully I'm pissed I cant watch this in crystal clear HD on my 50 inch Panasonic Plasma TV. Anyone else that is irate about this, or even comcast locals can help out and voice an opinion by going here. I believe there are 7 more games that the Flyers will be broadcast on Vs. not to mention some playoff games, and I sure as hell do not want to go to some Skybox bar by myself. Please help out and voice your opinion.

Also I will be going to a Flyers vs. San Jose Sharks game at SJ with a friend who is a die hard sharks fan. And being that I need a new Flyers jersey I was thinking Pronger would be a legit purchase. Although I asked him about it and apparently I would get harassed out of my head if I were to wear a Pronger jersey in the Shark Tank. What do you think? Im thinking Emery or Richards as a second option. Any thoughts?

For Fantasy Football I have my RB/WR slot pretty much up for grabs in week one my options are

1.Braylon Edwards who plays Minnesota(not sure how good the secondary is this year for them)

2.Lee Evans who plays New England

3. Leon Washington who plays Houston( but he isnt even the starter...)

Also I have Greg Jennings and Anthony Gonzalez as my starting WRs

Who do you think I should start in week one?
