Bleed Cubbie Blue OT - Chavez Ravine, worth seeing or no?

I just found out work will be sending me to San Diego & LA for a week next month. The Padres & Angels are out of town when I'm in their respective cities, but I could catch a Dodgers game. I've heard a couple horror-stories about games there, but it was from non-baseball fans who attended games against the Giants. My questions to all of you are:

1) is it worth it?

2) if so, any tips on seating/food/etc?

3) would going in a Cubs hat be ill-advised or are neutral fans tolerated?

(for what it's worth, the Nationals will be the visiting team)

Thanks in advance for your help.

Bleed Cubbie Blue NLCS Tickets (Playoff VWR Part 2)

I didn't see an NLCS ticket FanPost yet (Al, please delete this if there is one/several that I just missed).  I actually got selected for both the White Sox ALCS & Cubs NLCS today.  While things aren't looking good for the South Siders and...well...we know how they are looking for the Cubbies, I haven't completely given up hope yet.  ...or at least not to the tune of the NLCS service fees :)

It took me ~20 minutes in the virtual waiting room, but I was still able to get standing room for either Games 1 or 2 and seats for Games 6 & 7.  I just went for standing room on Game 2.   Ironically, I can't go myself, but a friend got me into the NLCS five years ago and now I'm going to return the favor.

Ah well, nothing left to do but hope we can start playing better baseball and take the next three.

P.S.  There's already a million threads out there for complaining how the Cubs won't make the NLCS anyway, so I would ask that you please keep discussion here to ticket availability and whatnot.  Thanks.
