Long suffering Isles-Jets-Mets fan.

I started watching the Isles in 93, Al Arbour's last hurrah.

I started watching the Jets during Ken O'Briens last season and the start of the Browning Nagle - Rich Kotite era.

I watched the Mets from when I was young all through the 90s. Finally saw them get good enough to make the World Series only for Philips to destroy the team.

Formerly known as WebBard which is/was short for Bard Of The Web. I've been using it since I was a wee little one on the internet. Ahh, Good Old Prodigy Internet how I miss you. Also if you do twitter you can follow me @webbard I'll admit, it's random and illogical.

I've actually been promoted, I now contribute at Lighthouse Hockey the Islanders blog. If your looking for stories which use a lot of the simpler stats (I'm lost when it comes to Corsi) then feel free to swing by and check my stories. Even if you don't like hockey swing by and read Lighthouse Hockey cause it's great.

I also work on The Bard's Blog which tends to be a catch-all for my opinions on everything from Hockey to Politics. Its also the home of 3 or 4 infamous "Milbury Sucks" blogs which are my pride and joy.

Our spies have spotted the longtime Islanders goalie working out at their practice facility...or maybe we are drunk.

Your Inaugural Phoenix Coyotes

I've been meaning to take a picture of this. It's a part of the display for picture hanging items. The weird thing is that my store has only been open for 5 years, so they were still using this template in 09. Cards from left to right starting top: Jeremy Roenick, Daniel Briere, Kristofer Kolanos Stanislav Neckar, Juha Ylonen, Cliff Ronning, Mike Stapleton.

Patriots Declare Fans Not Annoying Enough in Tebow Signing

Although some claim it was a "shock" to see Tim Tebow sign with the New England Patriots, my inside sources in Foxboro paint a different picture. It seems as though going into the season the team...

Wreckage of Other Teams Should Warn Fanbases

The wreckage of other NHL teams that have splashed the cash are a warning that spend-happy owners aren't always the answer.

If the Rangers and Canadiens didn't want to risk injury preventing buyouts of Wade Redden and Scott Gomez, what greater health risk is there than Rick DiPietro?

Looking Back: Two Careers, One Islanders Camp

Preseason predictions again have the New York Islanders finishing out of the playoffs. But could this be the year the Islanders rise and their Atlantic Division rivals decline?
