At the start of the '08 season Jason Garrett and Wade Wilson preached to Romo about standing tall like Tom Brady in the pocket and to study how Brady stands delivering the pass. Tony Romo is not Tom Brady and be glad with that O-Line of Dallas, Romo's  ability to get out of trouble and extend plays is a gift that can't be taught but with his position coach and OC they can surpress his abililties and again try to make him a statue like they were as career backups. Romo's attributes should be accentuated, such as having the highest QB rating when outside of the pocket, running for a first down or extend the play until someone's open. Build the offense to his strengths and stop trying to make him someone else! Romo's improvosational skills are what made us cheer again as fans. The last I heard Dew Bledsoe retired and Tom Brady plays for the Pats, So let Tony Romo be Romo!!
