Hammer and Rails Please, Painter

I get upset about a lot of Purdue losses.  Wasn't upset about this one.  Didn't expect to win.

However,

I didn't expect Matt Painter to be so clueless in his postgame reaction.

"This wasn't a strategy game," Purdue coach Matt Painter said. "This was about competing.

"(Purdue's passion and energy) was lacking. I don't want to take anything away from Ohio State; they were ready to roll. But how can't you play hard against the No. 1 team in the nation? For the lack of better words, they just stole our spirit."

You will make kids transfer if you really believe that, jerkoff.  Those kids were fighting hard in the first half.  They came out and played man to man defense against the toughest team to guard man to man in the country.  Just like you wanted them to, clearly.  They kept their composure as the refs were trying to make a chirp song in the first half.  Thing is, you can't beat a team that is better than you without a better strategy than them.  In this case, we would have needed a strategy that OSU didn't expect us to use...Or in order to have a chance in the game, any strategy at all!  Bad strategy, bad coaches, great players, great kids, great place, great school, get your shit together Coach Painter before you lose more recruits (think back).  Hummel's look on his face last night said: "I should go pro."
