Matt is a commercial real estate professional in the Silicon Valley with a background in economics and financial analysis. He was born and raised in San Jose, leaving only shortly to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Along with Jason Plank, Matt runs the SB Nation site Fear the Fin. He also contributes to the Fourth Period and his articles have been featured on Yahoo! Sports, NHL.com and in the San Francisco Chronicle.
