With .163 Average, Adam Dunn No Longer Considered A Baseball Player
As sad as this is, it makes me feel a little better about how many starts Butera's gotten. He's got a "player"-worthy .170 average, to Dunn's (now) .161 average. At least we're not paying Butera $12M.
Let the Chuck James Era Begin!

After the Twins epic 1-0 victory over the Angles last night, the Twins put Joe Nathan on the DL, clearing the way for Chuck James to be added to the 40-man roster.
I'm certain there will be a write-up or some nice summary of his stats posted later today, but he's been pretty much lights-out at AAA Rochester. At the time of call-up, for pitchers with more than 20 innings, he was leading the team in K/9 at 11.6/1 and only second to Kyle Gibson for K/BB at 4.11/1.
Anyway, his pitching success is not the point of this post. More after the jump...

If true, it's the best news we've heard all off-season!
Orlando Cabrera signs 1-year deal with Reds
No need to worry about Cabrera's defense at second or third this year. Though a good offensive year from him batting second would have been nice.
Here's hoping the Twins are still trying for Hudson or Lopez.
