Bleeding Green Nation Its all London Fletcher's fault.

Its all London Fletcher fault that we have two players with concussions.   First he knocks out Westbrook by kneeing him to the head.  Now he takes down Desean Jackson, killing our two of best offensive players.  It seems like the Redskins always rain on the parade for us, remember how bad it hurt when we were on a roll for the playoffs last year, but the Redskins had to beat us to knock us out of the run (at least for the moment).  They should have just flopped over for us, there was not way they were getting to the playoffs.

Bleeding Green Nation Gonzolez for a second round pick

Apparently the asking price for Gonzolez on NFL.com is a second round pick.  Falcons and Eagles are believed to be interested; if they decide to move him.

Would you guys give our second round pick, which is higher than the falcons for Tony Gonozolez?

I would love to see a prime TE here.  We take Knowshon in the 1st round and Tony 2nd and I'd call it a great draft.  I think this would also shut all the clamor for a number 1 WR.

Bleeding Green Nation Cutler situation and effects on Dawkins?

Since Dawkins is now a Denver Bronco.  I was wondering with all the mess that's going around with Jay Cutler wanting to get traded and what not, I've been thinking about what Dawkins is thinking about his situtation.  In no why am I trying to bring disrepect to Dawkins but do you think he's feeling a little remorse for leaving Philly?  I mean I loved Dawkins, but him going to Denver didn't exzactly prove to be a ideal situation.  I guess it was all about the money, but this is quite a unique situation.  Any thoughts?

Bleeding Green Nation more signs point that Leonard Weaver is going back to Seattle.

http://blogs.thenewstribune.com/seahawks/2009/03/13/leonard_weaver_on_kjr_it_s_a_waiting_gam

Weaver said he received an offer from Seattle but it was not what he expected.

“I wish this process could speed up,” Weaver said. “I wish the Seahawks would go, ‘Bam!’ And go ahead and make a deal. But you got people saying we’re not worth this and we’re not worth that, and it’s like, ‘Hey brother, we’ve got to take care of family as well.’ So, you know, I’m just remaining true to who I am.”

“Seattle was my home,” Weaver said. “The fans here embraced me when I first got here. “This is the place where my career got started, and where it took off. So of course you get a little frustrated because this is your home. And to not have a deal already done, it is a little frustrating. But hey, the God that I serve is going to take care of everything that I need. So, when I think about that, I have no need to rush and push nobody’s button.”

In my opinon, hes not signing with us.  There is just too much against us

Bleeding Green Nation LOoks like Leonard Weaver will go back to SEattle

Considering we will probably give him the amount the same offer seattle gave, he'll probably end up going back to seattle.  I realy like this guy and i hope he signs with us.

from his agent:

"He's an excellent receiver, runner, and blocker. The fullback pay scale doesn't reflect his talents. We're just trying to find the right situation and the right contract. We can always go back to Seattle, because they'd like to have him back."
