Sporting News is reporting that 6-foot-4, 230-pound all-around athlete Anthony Barr has pared down his choices to Notre Dame and UCLA. (Eliminating SC, Michigan and Cal)

While his parents are reportedly ND grads, I would like to think the coaching carousel in South Bend will give him second thoughts.

You know the game I'm talking about. We all plan to take in the game in some shape or form, or as I call it, yelling at the TV over a few beers. I thought it would be interesting to hear from everybody where they will be. As BruinChick mentioned in the Game Ticket post, it sucks when you are traveling alone but must see the game.

I managed to coerce (not really) some friends that are Bruins into going out to a pub after I gave up hope of finding somebody to go the Mausoleum with me.

That being said, it's roll call time. Sound off.

Every year Cal's home game against one of the LA schools is commemorated as the "Joe Roth Memorial game" in honor of one of their courageous and fallen heroes.

This year, this weekend, it is against USC. I would have wanted USC to lose anyway but having read about the life of Joe Roth, and the significance of this game to Cal; I want the Trojans to lose even more.
