I know right, exciting!  We have a new hand who will rotate his arm around and round and two new hands to hold up that all important stop sign.  He's also the guy who will tell those hitters down there at the plate what to do! 

If the suspense it's killing you it's probably the off-season so without further ado our new 3rd base coach: Brad Fischer

He's been with the A's for years and most recently was their bullpen coach and before that 1st base caoch. As far as I can tell he never was a 3rd base coach.

Jeffress left the game with "shoulder fatigue" whatever that really means.  Hopefully, it doesn't mean much.  Apparently his fastball was only being clocked in the low 90's.  Jeffress would be another former Brewer's first round pitching prospect who would suffer injury something we obviously don't need.

Taylor Green was injured after being hit by a pitch and broke his nose apparently he has a hockey mentality and should be ok.

Hello Diamondback fans. I'm visiting from Brew Crew Ball because I was wondering about Bob Brenly (it seems he might be the lead candidate for our manager job). 

What sort of consensus is there on the manager he was/is?  Did he get lucky by having Johnson/Schilling in the same rotation?  What happened in 04? 

Any trends that you guys can remember like favoring vets over younger guys even if the vets aren't producing?  Leaving pitches in too long/short? 

Really, any insight you can share would be very appreciated.
