Long story somewhat shizort.. 

Heh.. Anyways..

My manager is editing time clocks and employees aren't getting paid for the full time they are here. We have certain time were scheduled to but you don't leave until you are done so some people are here 15-20 minutes after their scheduled time to leave. Well he's been for a couple months now backing up that time so they are working it but not getting paid for it and just clocks them out at their scheduled time.

Some people have lost about $100 a month since it started.. I work at a time where it doesn't hit me very much.. just by minutes so I've lost about $20 a month. He has done this with everyone. He's a good guy and a friend. This company is the only company he's worked for and has so for the past 10 years.. I think he'll get fired over this and it would ruin him. If I felt he was doing this solely for his own gain then I would have no problem reporting it right away, but I really feel a large part of it is he is ignorant to it being wrong. Though that's also hard to believe somewhat as well.

Although I could go directly do him, I don't feel that justice would be served for the rest of the employees.  He would stop, but what about the months of loss wages?  If we take this to the top would getting back loss wages even be an option?  There's no way to tell the exact amount of time edited off, other than seeing he edited every time during this time period and checking the cameras to see those people still working at that time.  I feel morally obligated to bring this to light for the rest of the employees sake, although I don't really want to ruin my bosses life either..

There has been some question as to what color the jersey will be on the Nelson Cruz walk-off bobble head (promotional giveaway on June 20th)

But take a vote on a white jersey or a red jersey…..somebody email me the results and I will see if we can get the jersey the majority wants….if its too late, it will be white……
