Now that that draft lottery is over and we know that the Wild will be picking 9th overall the draft speculation can begin. Given the current state of the Wild and the menial depth of talent in Houston, I would have to believe that Fletcher is seriously considering dropping down in the draft and grabbing more picks. All drafts are inherently hit or miss but most articles I've seen in the last couple of months seem to indicate that the real impact players are all in the top 8. So if you were Chuck Fletcher do you hope that one of those impact players drops to you at 9, or do you trade down to the middle or bottom of the draft and pick up a couple more picks?
