Born from an illicit night in a Howard Johnson Inn after too much Honest Ben's Lemonabe, the Misopogon retired early from his job as apostate emperor of Rome soon after learning the whole "burn your ships" thing was supposed to just be a metaphor. He now resides in Detroit, Michigan, where, when not blogging, he typically sits on his porch and yells at Fernando Rodney to tuck in his shirt and straighten his damn fool hat.
