Apparently being a repeat offender for some things is a big deal, no idea what those things could be though... The
TLDR version is: Curtis Kelly probably had some drug or alcohol related issues that will keep him from playing the rest of the season due to some NCAA requirements on how teams enforce their policies regarding the matter.
