This is my first post on the site so be kind if I sound like an idiot or if this has already been discussed ad nauseam. I am wondering if the Warriors' defensive lapses over the past five games are related to Bogut's return. The theory goes like this: I wonder if the entire Warriors team, like myself and undoubtedly many of you, have had the feeling that, "If we can just hold out until Bogut returns, everything will be cool." If this be so, then it would hold that there would be a substantial letdown when the big guy was finally able to get into the lineup. On some level, the guys would be saying to themselves, "Now I can relax because Bogut will take care of it for me."Since obviously, defense is a team effort that no one man can do by himself, this assumption, conscious or unconscious, is sadly false. Thoughts?
