I am wondering if the Cavs could work out a deal with the Hornets whereby Paul came to the Cavs for draft choices, Antawn Jamison, and draft choices and then we trade Paul to the Magic for their point guard, Nelson. We end up with a good point guard, the Magic end up with Paul and draft choices. Maybe we take on the four year contract of one of their players that they are trying to unload. 

What if we kept Mike Brown but required him to get a offensive coach to run the triangle offense that Phil Jackson has used so effectively? Then, we get Shaq to sign for one more year because he knows how to run the triangle. I understand that LeBron would have to work in the post more under the triangle, but it is a great offense and would seem to play to the Cavaliers strengths. Heck, even if LeBron goes somewhere else, we should consider the triangle offense.
