Could Culpepper Be A Cowboy?

Is Jerry working his magic again?

FOXSports.com has learned that Culpepper told the Chiefs on Monday that he has a better opportunity with another team and was thus going to cancel his Tuesday visit. It's not clear which team, if any, he was referring to.

Could be something, could be nothing. But seriously...the Chiefs have a horrible QB situation right now and Dante has a better opportunity "with another team"? What other team could that be?

Does Romo Splint And Play Or Sit Out? Poll.

Romo got a phone call from Brett...that had to be cool. One of the things Brett told Romo was to do everything possible to avoid the sideline...

"The only thing I said was, it's worth trying [to play] if you can deal with the pain and can function good enough with a splint,'' Favre said. "If not, don't try.''

So. Considering that the injury does NOT need surgery. Considering the huge trade that Jerry just pulled off to bring in Roy Williams. Considering our question marked D and the need to put up mucho points to protect them. Considering how much is on the line this season. What would you like to see Romo do? Speak to me.

Poll
How should Romo handle the pinky next game.
Rub some dirt on it, suck it up, splint it and play

Roy Williams Watch - DONE DEAL!!!

Apparently the Cowboys have made a play at WR Roy Williams...

Schefter also reports that the Cowboys have made an offer, but so far they haven’t offered enough to make the Lions pull the trigger. The Lions have apparently said they want more than a first-round draft pick.

So who else would Jerry need to throw in...Crayton? Austin? Stanback? Think we'd all agree that this would be a huge (and helpful) trade.

LET'S GO JERRY! Do that thing that you do so well!!!

DONE DEAL!!! Welcome to the Cowboys Roy!

The Detroit Lions have traded wide receiver Roy Williams to the Dallas Cowboys.

Adam Schefter of NFL Network reports that the trade was made today, just before the NFL trade deadline.
