Pats Pulpit WR FREE AGENT

So with all this concern over wes welker (and there should be lots of concern)  and the wide receiver position.  I was thinking to my self who could we pick up as a FA that is a decent WR.   So i went trolling thru the available FA and came across this

Javon Walker.

He has not had a good run in the NFL the last couple of years.  Mostly due to injuries.   He has shown that he can be a 1000 yard receiver.  Whether or not he has anything left after all those injuries, well who knows.  He is worth the risk though. No team is really beating on his door.  Taking into account he hasn't really played a whole lot the last couple of years, that just means his legs are fresher and "younger" then the average 31 year old receiver.

Just a thought on how to improve our receiving corps SHORT TERM.
