The way i understand it we want young players and players that fit "The four pillars".&nbsp; Thats fine but not very easy to do. What i would like is some names&nbsp;of players that fit all of this that are&nbsp;POSSIBLE to get with in the next year or two.&nbsp; Maybe you are ok with the team we have. I think we could use some veterans also, but give me&nbsp;some thoughts here.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br /></p>
