Fear The Sword The Canton Charge

Just curious if any one has checked out a Canton Charge game. If so, what was the atmosphere like? How is the crowd? Is it a decent venue (the Canton Civic Center)? How is the quality of basketball? Just wondering if this will be a decent option of something fun to check out for sports fans in the Canton area in addition to the football HOF. Please share your thoughts if you have attended. Thank you!

Fear The Sword should Cavs pursue Oden?

Looking at 2011 FA list and I thought maybe the Cavs should go after Oden and also bring in Mike Conley (also a FA in 2011) to reunite these guys.  There are other guys on that FA list I would prefer to have, but my hunch is we could actually land this guy and it might even be at a discounted rate if we bring in his buddy Conley.

I know all the negative things about Oden and his injuries, but he is still young and this might be our best chance to land a "superstar."  We bring in Conley to lure him in and to make him happy.  He seems like a shy guy that would enjoy a smaller market as opposed to the blaring spotlight of NY, LA or even Miami.  He also might like being closer to home and being back in the midwest.  And he would be somewhat of a "hometown" guy being a buckeye.

Do you think it's a good idea?  Could we get him at a decent rate or will there be a bidding war for this guy? Who else on 2011 FA list would you want, and who could we actually have a chance at?

Fear The Sword Mood at the Q for game 5?

If anyone was at game 5 I was just wondering what the mood was like in the crowd before and during the game.  It's hard to tell on TV.  I wonder if a tense crowd could rub off a bit on the players and make us give up a little bit of that home court advantage?  All season long we had great and supportive crowd and a loose team.  I wonder if the nervousness of the crowd will rub off on our players.  Thanks!

Fear The Sword Gibson > Mo Williams?

I thought Danny Gibson played terrific when Mo was out.  Now that Mo has back, Gibson has had a string of "DNP coache's decision."  I think Gib has earned the minues.  He can do everything offensively that Mo can do, but he is a much better defender than Mo.  It was pathetic seeing Rondo blow past Mo repeatedly.  Gibson is much quicker and will be able to guard quick points like Rondo.

What do you think?  Should Gibson start?  Should he get at least 20 min a game and cut down on Mo's minutes?
