Can someone please help me understand more about the 3-4-3 Formation and how it works, and If everyone on the team was healthy how would the starting line-up be position by positions? I started watching football (soccer to me) a few years back and im still trying to learn more about the game as a whole. I tried looking up more about the formation and tried to fine out how it would play out is we had a full healthy squad .

If we do trade Favors and murphy which im not saying we should or shouldn't. Why dont we target The timberwolves PF Kevin love.

Kevin love is a solid PF with really good numbers

When Nets fans complain about wanting to upgrade the point guard position, they need to realize that they only way the Nets can truly upgrade at the point is if they get Chris Paul
