Mark Dominik finishes third in Executive of the Year award
Atlanta's GM, Thomas Dimitroff, took the award while Kansas City's Scott Pioli and Tampa's Mark Dominik followed in second and third.
Another outcome I completely disagree with, but it is what it is at this point.
Ndamukong Suh
So plenty of Bucs fans tuned into the Big 12 Championship game last night featuring Texas and Nebraska. The game was a close one that came down to the wire, all while holding the fate of many teams in it's grip. But the outcome was not the true reason why so many of a tuned in. To true reason was the defensive tackle wearing #93. Ndamukong Suh, whose last name I learned pronounced like Sue rather then S-uh. The guy sure gave us a convincing argument as to why we should hope that this guy is our #1 draft pick in the 2010 draft, racking up 12 tackles (7 for loss) and 4.5 sack. All while making sure Heisman candidate Colt McCoy had a rough night and helping to make #3 Texas offense look stagnant.
Many will argue that he should be near the top of the race for the Heisman trophy, but I'm not here to do that. I'm just here to say that our team's front office should take a extremely hard look at this guy before the draft and I hope to see this guy in pewter in the next season.
