Is there a trick to getting Gameday in a full browser window?

Like many people, I enjoy keeping up on games while at my computer via MLB's Gameday functionality. However, it vexes me to have it run in a popup window as it does. I use Mozilla Firefox, and I would dearly love to have the ability to send the Flash app to a tabbed browser pane, to sit next to my browsing and not complicate my inter-app alt-tabbing. However, I don't know how to do this or even if it can be done to a Flash-based app such as Gameday. Is there a Flash/Mozzila guru handy that can help?
