Sharks earned my fandom back in 97 when I moved out here from the Boston area.
I enjoy the analysis of hockey, and I love statistics.
And while I'll openly say I was a big fan of Nabby, Niemi has done a spectacular job not only on his own play, but in terms of helping the rest of the team step it up defensively. I both respect and admire his play, his attitude, and his demeanor. Class Act.
Current Roster Favorites: Joe Thornton, Ian White (the best mid-season addition we've done in years, and Niemi...tha guy works his butt off in game and in practice.
Favorite Non-Shark: Timmy Thomas--the guy sweats class.
Why the split avatar? Because no matter where you are, you should always remember your roots. I grew up a Bruins fan, and I still follow them. B's are like your first real Girlfriend: Fond memories, and you're glad to see them doing well.
