I was born in Lawrenceville and my entire family is from Pittsburgh. My fondest Steeler memory was as a young kid at Three Rivers for the Immaculate Reception. I also remember my grandparents sitting on the stoop on 42nd street drinking a case of iron city beer between the two of them over a weekend. Live and work in the Bay Area now and love it here. My daughter is a die-hard Steeler fan too.

Yahoo's bias shows again


I was at Yahoo's NFL page and clicked on the above link. Notice the name they used "ap-steelers-harrisonshits" at the end of the URL. The article is titled "Harrison returns to Steelers after cooling-off day" and yet when you look down the right side of the page, they have links to the Cleveland Browns and Dawgs by Nature; the Miami Dolphins and Phinsider; and finally the New England Patriots and the Pats Pulpit. Where the hell is the link to the Steelers and BTSC? Yahoo's editors clearly hate the Steelers and let this bias show. Where do we complain? P.S. I wasn't sure if this was a fanshot or a fanpost, but I figured I wouldn't get in trouble posting a fanshot. School me if I'm wrong. :-P
