More interesting tidbits from Ben:

"I think the way everything went down, they knew exactly what they were doing with each player," Gordon said. "I just thought at the end of the day, they thought Lu was a better investment for them.

"Somebody had to get the money and it didn't get split down the middle. It was definitely a tough situation. I just think it was kind of an odd situation."

[From the FanShots. Not that Gordon would out himself and his agents as cheating the system, but it was worth a shot. -ed.]

KC titled his piece "Ben Gordon says he wants to stay with Chicago Bulls" and I have no clue why. Ben says nothing like that at all in the article...on the other hand, he didn't say the opposite either...but still...KC is a dum dum (The title's since been changed -ed.)

Argie Grigorakos in Toronto, Ontario, Canada:
Hey Coach, If you had Joakim Noah to help this summer, in what areas would you coach him in? Also what mechanical exercises would you use to help his jumpshot improve.

Mike Moreau:
Joakim is already in our gym. He arrived yesterday and put in a full day's work on his post game and shooting form. He is an inspiration to all of our young aspiring pros after just one day! Stay tuned!

It's also almost certain the Bulls' coaching staff will undergo a small makeover. Pete Myers' contract is up and his future role is uncertain.

So is this kinda like a "Tyrus, who will be shopped..." thing?

NBA, WWE grapple over Denver booking conflict

Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers are scheduled to be at the Pepsi Center in Denver next Monday night.

Problem is, so are John Cena and a bunch of wrestlers -- and they called it first.

World Wrestling Entertainment said it is booked at the arena for an episode of Monday Night Raw, the same night the Nuggets are slated to host the Lakers in Game 4 of the Western Conference finals.

WWE chairman Vince McMahon told The Associated Press he doesn't believe there was "any malice, just ineptness," on the part of Kroenke Sports, which owns the team and the building, but can't tolerate the company "just simply throwing us out on our ear."

Without a quick resolution, McMahon plans to send his trucks to Denver.

"That's what we intend to do," he said. "We're going to show up."

In almost every story, he holds absolutely nothing back, getting into all the nitty gritty details that hard-core basketball fans crave, some of which are about as juicy as they come.

Some of the highlights include:

-The chapter "the customer isn’t always right," where he discusses Ben Gordon’s agent reselection process, which Falk lost out on after being too blunt, telling him that "you need me to help you a lot more than I need you to let me help you."
