I put this link in the Nate photo as well. I thought it would be wort its own shot. Nate was on Bill Nye the Science Guy many years ago. His spot is at about 2:55 in the clip. I show this every year in my class as part of the human body (the whole show). Nate does a fine job as an actor!

Being a dad of three little ones, I don't have the time for workouts that I used to. I was wondering if any of you had some good ideas for workouts for the time pressed dad. Right now I do 3x 15 Bench press,3x12 pullups,3 x 15 weighted lunges, ab work with the Pilates ball, and running, or swimming for 20 min. Anybody have some other quick workouts that have done well for you? Thanks a bunch!

I found this on "Blog A Bull". It is VERY nicely put together with spread sheets of current NBA starters measurements, and Pre-Draft measurements. The author even made a nice summary of the first round guys.

You can always look back, and think about what could have been. I was perusing the web site http://www.nbahoopsonline.com/History/Leagues/NBA/drafts/index.html and looking at our draft picks since we entered the league and wondered what could have been. Now don’t get me wrong. I love our team, and have enjoyed the many years of NBA ball that they have given us. And I know that the reason that we did not pick some of these guys is because we already had guys at their position, or no one knew just how good they would turn out to be. And some were just a whiff, swing and a miss. A lot were great picks, and the people after them would not have necessarily been better, they were just available. I have made a list of “What could have been”. This is just who we picked, and who was still available when we picked them, it does not include trades (example: we picked Ty Thomas, traded for L-Train). This goes all the way back, so if I missed someone that was good, please list them.
