I'm 25. I've been training in martial arts since I was five. I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do (yea yea I know, who doesn't), I started training in Muay Thai, CSW, and BJJ in 2002. I was one month away from taking my Thai boxing instructorship test through the Muay Thai Boxing Association of America, before I ruptured 3 discs in my lower back. I've been dealing with this injury for a year and a half and will be having surgery soon. Before the injury I held a pro MMA record of 3-0 with two KO's and 1 sub, all in the first round. I injured my back during training for my fourth fight for the Art of War 2 which was televised on HDNet. I should have pulled out of the fight, but pressed on. I won the first round, but the pain was too great in the second and I had to call it quits brining my record to 4-1. I have surgery coming up.
