My 16 team fantasy keeper league currently has 10-man minors, so the top 160 or so prospects entering the season (with some guys left out) were owned.  Our prospect draft is coming up in August; I have the 3rd and 17th overall picks (as well as some lower picks) and I'm trying to decide between a few guys for those picks.  All signed 2010 draftees as well as all previously unowned prospects will be eligible to be drafted.  This leads to an interesting dilemma; who should fantasy players value more: draft prospects with high upside but relatively more risk (due to lack of pro exposure/stats) or prospects who already have some pro time but might not have the same ceiling.  Here's the list of guys I'm considering:
