I grew up so far in the woods in North Louisana in the 50's they had to pump sunshine in to us. Hell I cant even use my cell phone without assistance from some young kids. Y'all will be able to critique my spelling and grammer because I am still learning. My children are trying to teach me to no avail... I would say I was cordial but I am honestly just another old fart. I am opinionated and not afraid to let anyone know what I think. I have been a die hard Saints fan since 1966 before the ink on the contract dried for a team in New Orleans. The only die hard Saints fan and Cowboy hater in North LA!

Canal Street Chronicles GREAT PLAYERS FROM SMALL TOWNS

Eric Dickerson Sealey Tx.

Eric Martin  Van Veleck Tx.

Harvey Williams Hempstead Tx.

Shane Lechler East Bernard Tx.

Schobel Family Columbus Tx.

Just to name a few. These guys grew up in small towns and after retirement from pro Football have given back to their communities. No you want read about them in the National News but believe me when I say they are even greater men than the football players they both are and were. Yes they are country, and highly respected for the things that they do un-conditionally.  If you didn't know them you wouldn't think they were anything but everyday folks. No fan fare, just doing things their hearts lead them to do. I'm not going to expound on the subject but believe me these people are real great people after the game of football, my hats off to each one of them.

Canal Street Chronicles CSC Family Too Critical

After attending the Saints vs Texans game in preseason I knew we were in for a special season. Having superior intellect and vast ability to BS others I searched out and found CSC. You people of humble origin's have become somewhat biased towards others of lower intellect. It is my profound belief y'all owe ESPN,NFL Net. and all the major  networks and apology. These people are not as well informed as those who follow csc. It behooves me to think you people wound look down on others ignorance of the evolution of pro football. I further believe the entire Saints org. logs on to this site for our opinions on pressing team matters. I feel it is our personnel responsibility to be as cordial as possible and not be so critical of those lesser informed .

Canal Street Chronicles Band Wagoneers

I would like to begin by saying yes this team can be frustrating and nerve wracking but we have to stay behind them through thick and thin.  I mean come on they are 10-0 for the first time EVER!  Remember they are actually human no matter what pre-conceived notions we may have and they will make mistakes, but cheer them on don’t bring them down.  There are many people on here that have not been fans from the conception of the team as myself, but if you are a fan be a loyal fan, that is all I am asking.  Don’t only complain, instead also comment on what they are doing right as well... it is counter-productive to just discuss the negatives!

Now I am going to step off of my soap box and just say:

GO SAINTS, it’s been a wonderful ride, keep it up!
