CHoP Gets Saved by Ballgirl
CHoP-seeking foul ball line drive.
What is that?!
I seriously can't stop laughing at this! I don't know if I'm late but I've never seen this image before so here it is for the masses that have not seen this before.
Francisco Cervelli = Hateable??!!
Anybody love contradicting Met fans? My rebuttal to this: Jose Reyes.
No explaination neccessary.

Jon Weber The 12 Year Minor League Veteran
Very admirable player. I hope he makes it to at least play a game for us or for anybody for that matter
Moving Foward
Does anybody have this album by our own Bernie Williams? Jesus, I've been listening to this album for several days now and it just doesn't get tiring! I downloaded it earlier this year and had a few listens here and there. But now, it just seems utterly magicial! I really can't stop listening to it. The first 6 songs IMO are my favorite and seem to be the high point of the whole album. But when I listen to "Que Rico El Mambo", the excitement comes back and carries over into the very last song. Great album, can't wait till his next album comes out (whenever that may be).
Hughes Your Daddy?!
"We're gonna win this game."
Did anybody hear A-Rod utter this during the postseason? My mom is utterly convinced he said that in one of his at-bats because during that same at-bat, he pounded out a home run.
She doesn't remember when he said that but she does remember it was during a stretch during which he was absolutely pounding the ball. So that leaves out the World Series since he wasn't exactly pounding that ball.
Does anybody at all recall this?
Just a rumor buuuuuuut.
"Bernie Williams made an announcement that he will make his return to baseball. He is expected to compete for the 2010 New York Yankees center field spot."
I am.....kinda conflicted. But imagine if he manages to put up solid numbers that are better than Melky AND whoever gets assigned to left field?? (I'm not expecting him to match the numbers of Swisher, I do expect him to prolly get just about a higher batting average.)
What makes a player a true Yankee?
I've been thinking about this for quite some while, so just hear me out.
What makes a player who has played on the New York Yankees a true Yankee? Is it the amount of time they spent with the Yankees? The individual accomplishments made by a player while he was a Yankee? A player's postseason success while playing with the Yankees? Or the player's various interactions with the fans and the media?
In some of these cases, would players like Alfonso Soriano, Gary Sheffield, Mike Mussina, Roger Clemens, Jason Giambi, etc. true Yankees? If so, what made them so? If not, why are they not considered true Yankees?
Long posts please, I post more player suggestions when I think of more.
