OK, I've been away but what a ticker shock to come back to: Balsillie can bid against Jerry Reinsdorf?

I read up on all of this in FTR, and OK I get what Judge Baum is saying but I don't believe it.

Is he going to overturn the NHL vote against Balsillie? It was unanimous. 30 zip. Can he? None of the legal types on FTR say what will happen after Sept 10 if Balsillie wins. What can the NHL do? That one lawyer whose always ripping everything Balsillie does to shreds is not saying anything. That guy has huge legal arguments in favor of everything Bettman and the NHL do and always has a answer of NO for anyone in favor of Balsillie but now he has nothing to say.

Man this sucks. Tell me something good.
