Bright Side Of The Sun CARMELO ANTHONY

if you have been following up on the news lately, carmelo anthony has yet to sign his extension in denver. it is getting more and more likely that anthony will leave denver. most likely he is not going to want to go to a shitty team. he is going to want to join a team that has a chance to win it all. hmm.. lakers, magic, boston, orlando. what else is new. someone else that wants to join those teams. bu

t what everyone should understand is maybe he might consider a team that made it to the western conference finals? a team that lost in 6 games? a team that needs that little extra push to make it to the finals?

we have all talked about jason richardson being traded for a big man. we do have a lot going on at the small forward spot and im aware of that. but what if we could keep jason richardson and get carmelo by trading away our small forward spot.

i think the suns should definatly try and keep richardson because in my opinion, this is going to be his breakout year. he has spent more than a full season with this team under gentrys system and understands his role in phoenix. plus with amare gone he needs to step up his game a little on the offense and be that guy he was on the bobcats.

the point i am getting to is to let go of hedo turkoglu, earl clark, grant hill and some future draft picks to try and obtain carmelo.

the line-up i am dreaming of is:  pg:nash, dragic

                                                          sg:richardson, childress

                                                          sf: carmelo, dudley

                                                           pf: warrick, lawal

                                                          c:lopez, frye

with this line up we still have very solid defenders in childress, dudley, lopez,

and we still have the amazing offense with nash j rich and carmelo

the only spot that needs some strength is the power forward spot. but most teams have 1 spot as a weakness. plus we could see some development in lawal for the future along with dragic, dudley, and lopez

what does everyone think??????

Bright Side Of The Sun 2010 Suns Team

alright i think it is pretty obvious we need some new players on our team. i dont know about everyone else, but i think stoudemire is gone. he his not coming back to phoenix and we all need to accept that. maybe if this summer didnt have free agents like lebron, wade, dirk, bosh, etc. we wouldnt have to worry about losing amare. he is going to miami with wade.  im not sure about lou and channing. but we should take into consideration that we might lose all three. assuming we do lose them, we NEED big men. if we lose some of these guys we need spots at the power forward position. i would like to keep lou and lose channing. in my opinion lou is a better all around player. plus channing is not a great defensive player like lou. i will not miss his threes becuase they didnt go in half the time, and we do have j rich, nash, dragic, dudley to take care of that.

barbosa should be traded. there is no question there. i think we can get a great player in return for him. we should look for a great back up shooting guard (john salmons/ jj redick/ tony allen) are my 3 favorites. tony allen would be the best fit concerning his great defense which we kinda need.

some players i have been looking at in the 2010 nba free agency:

Tyson Chandler: i know he has been struggling a little but he is a 7-1 big man who can provide great energy and presence off the bench. look at when he played with chris paul. he did great because he had a true talent pg who could find him in the paint. which would be great because we do have nash and dragic who do a great job at that as well.he would be a great defensive body in the paint. and could help out on the boards. maybe even play him and lopez at the same time. maybe we could destroy the lakers with this big team. who knows

plus he is only 27. same age as amare. and could provide much room for improvement.

Tony Allen: great defensive player. if boston lets him go we should focus on getting him. he would be a great backup for j rich. 20 times better than barbosa because this team needs to focus more on defense, rebounding, and bigger players. that is the reason we didnt win it all this year. he could be our new raja bell. so if raja bell does go to the lakers. we obtained a defensive lock down player as well.

Bright Side Of The Sun Suns Lakers Preview

im sick of the experts going against the suns

the suns have been the most underrated team thats still in the playoffs. the experts predicted the spurs to win the series against phoenix. the only experts who predicted the suns said in seven games. but phoenix fuckin swept them. the suns bench has been playing way better than the lakers bench. and stop talking about the lakers “BIGS” that doesnt mean shit. Bynum will not get a lot of minutes. Lopez will guard gasol. (both 7 footers) and amar’e AND frye can guard odom. who are the SAME height. so why is everyone saying the lakers are so big against the suns. Hill did an amazing job shutting down miller after he dropped 30 in game 1. and did an even better job completely shutting down manu. Sure kobe is better than manu and miller but you cant say Hill wont do a great job defending kobe. he will have a hard time getting to the rim. lakers in 5!? hahahaha we will see about that. good luck trying to stop j rich hitting threes, amar’e and nash pick and rolls, and the bench play which is better defensively than the starters and not to mention the offense of dragic, frye and dudley. Lakers fans just cant except the fact that they are facing a dangerous suns that will be dropping over 100 points every game.
