Looks like the NCAA has intervened again with the upcoming UK Legends vs Dominican team. As a result, Joe B Hall can not coach and the former players can not be honored. It seems like typical NCAA pettiness, especially when you see what happened with a similar event North Carolina held just two seasons ago.
