Per ESPN the Magazine's article, claiming Chris Johnson as its "NEXT" great player:

Many of Johnson's runs are designed for outside the tackles, where the slower defensive linemen and linebackers don't have much of a chance of catching him, much less delivering a career-changing lick. But even if Johnson knows better, he still wants to lower his shoulders and dole out a blow.

That's why his favorite play from this year is when he flattened Jaguars safety Brian Russell. "I wanted to show everyone that I could do that," he says.

I'm glad he's not our problem anymore.

Not to be alarmist, but with the previously heavy discussion of the potential of lime-green alternate jerseys seemingly subsided, I thought I'd take this time to post this screenshot from Madden '10. It looks like TJ Houshmandzadeh is coming out with some biiiiig talk regarding our hopefully-soon-to-be-favorite passing tandem. (NOTE: As much as I hate linking you all to any article written by Mike Florio and his inherent bias against the Hawks, at least it's a conversation starter.)

Along with Nate Burleson and Darryl Tapp's high hopes (though a little less public), what do you think about the Hawks having this much swagger even before the first whistle of training camp?
