I was born the year "The Splended Splinter" hit.406, 1941 in the Boston area.
I am an avid baseball board game nut. I got started with APBA, moved to Strat-o-matic, before moving to the best, Pursue the Pennant Baseball Board Game in 1987. In 1989 I had invested in the company and became President. I believe our greatest addition to baseball board games was adding our 400 greatest players edition in 1993 including 21 stars from the Negro Leagues.

I have just begun a tournament with the 21 Negro League players and their four "free agent" pitchers (Tiant-68 Indians, Newcombe-56 Dodgers, J R Richards-79 Astros, Donnie Moore-85 Angels) vs. 15 Major League Teams (post 1900 originals including one combined team Braves-Pirates).

There will be 15 nine game series (135 games for the Negro League or Black Ball Stars. This is what I will call The Ultimate Barnstorm Tournament.
