I am Paleface Destro, snarker of worlds. Raised as a lifelong Mets fan who was at Shea Stadium for the second game the Rockies ever played, and moved to Colorado before the start of the 2007 season. I've been hooked on the Rockies ever since (yes, even in 2011).
I'm snarky, I'm sarcastic, I'm pointed, I'm generally the class clown...and for the most part, I'm a lot of fun (or so I hope). I've learned it's better to have some fun, and make those around me smile even on those bad game nights, than get too worked up. It's even more fun with beer (or other adult libations).
Oh, and cheese. I love cheese.

It has become quite apparent to even the most casual of Rockies observers that Ubaldo Jimenez is The Man(tm). However, he is not only this, but also The Most Interesting Pitcher In The Universe. Given his newfound fame as the spokes-hurler for Dos EKis (per inning), it is only appropriate that his accomplishments and exploits be broadcast far and wide so as to educate the great unwashed masses about this great man's limitless potential.
