This is my first fan post, hope I didn't pick a to controversial topic:

Today the Florida Gators held their pro workout day for their draft eligible players. Among the most anticipated players to take part was Tim Tebow, Florida's outstanding QB and a former Heisman Trophy winner. The knock on Tebow has been his lack playing time in an NFL style offense where he would have played under center a majority of the snaps, and his inability to read defenses, unfortunatley Tebow took nearly 100% of his snaps from the shotgun position and had his receiver picked out pre-snap so he didn't need to read the defense just look for his receiver, or pull the ball down and run. These things generally don't happen at the NFL level where he will actually have to take snaps from under center, need to have the ability to drop back  3,5, or 7 steps and deliver the ball to the OPEN receiver, he'll need to actually read a defense to determine weather to stay in the called play or audible to another play based on what the defense is showing, none of which he has been asked to do before.
