Oregon Ducks coach Chip Kelly reportedly pulled a double reverse early Monday, turning down an offer to coach the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to stay in Eugene, Ore. The Tampa Bay Times reported Monday that, while attempting to finalize a deal with general manager Mark Dominik, Kelly changed his mind Monday morning, with the NCAA's national signing day less than two weeks away.
