Rivalry Esq Makes A Case Against PSU

Got another Penn State Eval for you today from my friends at the Rivalry Esq. Entitled "The Case Against Penn State", it takes a look at returning players and talent lost in a team, and how that effects a team's performance from year to year. While I agree with the overall principles in this article, I'm going to tend to disagree with it's impact on Penn State. The biggest concern pointed out is the losses in the receiving corps, which I will not deny but I will say this: remember when those key losses were freshmen and they brought our beloved Nittany Lions back to life? Me too. Clearly the coaches knew how to recruit then so I have a solid faith that they know what they're doing now as well. And Daryll Clark will have no trouble getting these newbies some pretty passes. Also, there's a comment about his thought that the line with be picked apart that I completely agree with: Picked apart by what?!

Anywho, take a gander and give me your thoughts! Thanks guys and gals ;)

Here's a quick article from the Rivalry Esq evaluating Daryll Clark as a QB. I thought it was a pretty solid evaluation of Clark. They're planning to do this for all the Big Ten QBs- they've only done Clark and the IU QB so far. The site is run by a guy from OSU and a guy from UM (terrible, I know!) so I'm inetersted to see what the say about Pryor. Enjoy and post your thoughts about their eval here!

The website I work for has some really funny story from Jim Tressel's pressers this week. If you want to hear a coach say something other than "we're taking it one game at a time," then check this out!
