I am a lucky husband and stepfather.

I am an aspiring sports writer and analyst and have been an A's fan since birth (though I show no favoritism).

I covered the River Cats and Ports during the 2006 season for OaklandClubhouse.com and loved every second of it. I owe the start of my writing career to the site editor, Melissa Lockard, for taking a chance on me.

From January 2008-March 2008 I authored a monthly article for the Contra Costa Times titled "Museum Matters" reporting news/events for Antioch Historical Museum, specifically the Antioch Sports Hall of Fame.
